The Adlair Fleet
Twin Otter DHC-6
The most versatile plane in the north- the Twin Otter is perfectly suited to the mineral exploration industry and typically services the harder to reach areas. Currently our Twin Otter is on intermediate tundra tires. If you need fuel caching, camp servicing or resupply, the Twin Otter is our premier multi-purpose plane. Our Twin Otter is named after Moses Panegyuk, a respected elder in the Kitikmeot Region friend to the Laserich family.
King Air 200
We currently have 3 King Air 200s. Although extremely versatile, we primarily do passenger charter (King Air’s seat 9 passengers) and air medevacs. Travelling approximately 300mph this workhorse is the perfect choice for flights from Cambridge Bay and Yellowknife to destinations such as Kugluktuk, Taloyoak, Gjoa Haven, Kugaaruk, Resolute Bay, and many other communities in the far north and NWT. These aircrafts are also named after dear friends of our family and admired elders in the Kitikmeot that have passed away; James Koighok, Napachee Lyall, and the lovely Helen Mamayaok Maksagak.
Lear 25B
Sleek and incredibly fast, our Lear Jet has a cruising speed of 550mph. This is the definition of travelling in style in Nunavut and the NWT! We boast the only Lear based in Nunavut and the NWT that can land on gravel runways here in the arctic. Primarily used for medevacs, but it can also be configured for Executive Charter and comfortably seat 7 passengers. Named after Ernie Lyall, close friend of Willy Laserich and family for many years. If time is of the essence then our Lear is the right aircraft for you!
